First-Year Discovery Program Student and Faculty Surveys

The Discovery student and faculty surveys are no longer required. However, as of Spring 2007 faculty are required to participate in the Instructor and Course Evaluation System (ICES) and results have to be made available to the Office of the Provost.  This can be done by completing this form and sending it to John Ory, 249 Armory, MC-528.
