Lynette O’Neal is the Assistant Provost and Director of the Principal’s Scholars Program (PSP), one of the largest single-institutional, pre-collegiate programs in the country. She has the dual role of overseeing operations in the Champaign and Chicago PSP offices and securing funding for programmatic operations in 11 Illinois communities. Lynette is also responsible for designing programs, course curriculum and pilot projects that enhance educational service delivery statewide. She has 30 years of experience in strategic planning, budgeting, counseling, and pre-collegiate education.
