Domonic Cobb is the Assistant Provost for Recruitment and Retention with responsibility for providing leadership and coordination in the areas of recruiting and retaining underrepresented undergraduate students.

Domonic has more than a decade of administrative experience at Illinois and joins the office after completing an interim appointment as Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs & Director for Intercultural Relations.  Prior to that, he served as Specialist in Education & Assistant Coordinator for the Program on Intergroup Relations, Assistant Dean of Students & Director of Orientation, Resident Director & Assistant Director for the LAS Living Learning Community and Assistant to the Director of Admission and Records.  Domonic holds a B.S. in Music Education and a M.Ed. in Educational Policy Studies both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
